What do I need to get started?
A Telegram account, a bot token from @BotFather (it takes about a minute) and a Telegram group for your team. After you pick a plan, the dashboard walks you through the rest.
Do I need a server or any technical knowledge?
No. We host and run the bot for you, apply updates and keep it running. You set everything up in the dashboard.
Can customers see who answered them?
Only if you want them to. Customers always talk to the bot, and you choose whether replies include the name of the team member who wrote them.
How does the AI work?
On Pro and Business you can write down knowledge about your product or shop. The bot uses it to answer common questions on its own, and every AI reply is shown to your team in the group. The feature is in beta.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan from the billing page in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is Botspace open source?
The bot it runs is: the Telegram Support Bot is open source on GitHub, and you can host it yourself for free. Botspace is the hosted version, so you don't have to.
